心急, 幾時開始有得買
小弟現用SSD fitted KORG MR-1(with DSD signals extract) 去 Buffalo III聽DSD. 不過得64GB(about 30 albums).  用USB先至可以Access到 my full SACD collection

如無記錯 Buffalo III 可直入 DSD signal, 那你只要 USB/SPDIF convertor 再加個 program 就可以馬上有得聽！

remember ESS9018 accepts DSD input but doing DSD to PCM inside ...........

I have no idea what ESS9018 is performing internally.  But at least the connections for DSD and PCM are totally different.
For DSD, Bit clock -> DCK,  Data1 -> D1, D3, D5 and D7,  Data2 ->D2, D4, D6 and D8.  In this way, all 8 DACs within ESS9018
are fully utilized and the gains are good enough for most preamps.

But for Buffalo II, the DSD and PCM are sharing the same input pins.  I really wonder that Buffalo II is not using all 8 Dacs in decoding DSD.

Buffalo II has only 1 DAC.....

each ESS9018 has 8 dac inside, it is mainly for multi-channel application.

BII has 4 dac elements paralleled for each channel while BIII can use these 8 dac elements individually for a max of 8-channel application.

so basically they are just the same.

just did a vinyl rip (DSD recording) using my Korg recorder.

the result is ok but not great owing to the crappy A/D converter inside the Korg MR-1.

you can't test a dsd dac without this disc. ripped.

the dac used in the prototype is CS4398 from Crystal (Cirrus Logic).

the USB interface with DSD support (DSD64, DSD128) and PCM (up to 384k/32 bit) is currently cost US$399.

What software are bundled with your USB interface (e.g. ASIO driver,  DSD player) ?  I am using windows XP or Win 7.

Finally,  how can I pay you and where I can correct it ASAP.

比較心急，想請問有乜方法(如買個部Dac)可玩到Native DSD Playback?

小的現在用Mac OS + audirvana plus ，但現在播DSDDIFF file時會窒，好無引。

玩投影都好多年了，要求唔高，靚DD已收貨。

玩CAS就好唔同，一直都追求最好的效果，最靚聲的player。經Anthony 兄介紹DSDiff file playback的方法，現在等Albert 兄配套的 DAC面世，好心急！
